Overcurrent protection: For high current conditions such as heavy load lifting and emergency steering of the forklift, the BMS quickly captures current fluctuations. Once the current exceeds the safe range, it immediately limits the output current to prevent line overheating, internal damage of the battery, and reduce the risk of operation. Temperature adaptation protection: The system continuously collects the temperature data of each cell of the battery pack, automatically starts pre-heating in a low temperature environment to improve the battery charge and discharge activity; starts the heat dissipation program in a high temperature environment to avoid safety hazards caused by high temperature and adapt to the operation needs of different temperature zones. Battery balance protection: By regularly balancing the charge and discharge of the battery cells, the capacity and voltage difference between the cells can be reduced to avoid the overall performance decline caused by the inconsistency of the cells and prolong the cycle life of the battery pack.
