Battery quality assurance related instructions
Quality assurance Scope description
After the user purchases a compliant 3-ton electric forklift, the corresponding power battery enjoys the exclusive quality assurance rights and interests publicly marked by the manufacturer. The quality assurance cycle starts from the day the vehicle is officially delivered and the user signs to confirm receipt. It is only applicable to abnormal battery performance and original assembly defects caused by non-human factors. The quality assurance rights and interests are only enjoyed by the first registered user of the vehicle, and cannot be transferred privately with the second transaction of the vehicle. The relevant rights and interests need to be properly kept by the user. When applying for quality assurance services later, you need to take the initiative to show it.
Defining rules for quality assurance interests
In daily use, if there is a battery failure caused by improper operation such as man-made bumping, dismantling and modifying the battery pack without permission, and using non-original charging equipment, it is not covered by the official quality assurance. Service network staff will determine the cause of the failure according to the unified testing process, and if it meets the quality assurance requirements, it will provide users with free troubleshooting, parts replacement and other corresponding services, and will not charge unreasonable fees.
Daily charging precautions to share
Basic check points before charging
Before each time you prepare to charge the battery, check the charging interface for any water accumulation, foreign matter, or metal debris residues, and confirm that the battery shell is free of obvious cracking, bulging, or exudation. At the same time, check the parameters of the currently used charging equipment and the rated charging parameters of the battery. Then connect the charging line in the correct order of plugging and unplugging, and do not pull the charging interface violently.
Operating specifications for the charging process
During the charging process, park the vehicle in a designated charging area that is ventilated, dry, and away from flammable and explosive items. Do not cover the battery pack to affect heat dissipation. Arrange a special person to check the charging progress regularly to avoid overcharging for a long time. If the battery is found to be abnormally hot or smelly during charging, cut off the power supply as soon as possible, contact the official after-sales staff for door-to-door investigation, and do not disassemble the machine without permission.
Follow-up maintenance details after charging
After the battery is fully charged, first disconnect the line of the charging end, then unplug the charging interface of the vehicle end, and reset the interface dust cover. Try to avoid completely exhausting the battery in daily use, and keep the habit of shallow charging and shallow discharge, which can effectively maintain the activity of the battery and prolong the overall service life.
