Basic precautions for daily use of batteries
Daily charging and discharging operation requirements
During daily use, it is necessary to strictly follow the instructions of the equipment manual to complete the charging operation. Avoid connecting to the charging power supply after the battery is completely exhausted. In regular operation scenarios, the remaining power is less than 20% to arrange replenishment. The charging environment should be kept ventilated and dry, away from open flames and flammable and explosive items. Do not unplug the power interface at will during the charging process to avoid interruption of the charging program affecting the battery activity.
Key points of daily appearance inspection
Before each shift, the operator needs to visually inspect the appearance of the battery pack to check whether there are bumping damage or leakage marks in the shell, whether the battery connection port is loose or oxidized ash. If dust accumulation at the port is found, it can be gently cleaned with a dry soft brush. Do not use corrosive detergents to directly wipe the battery shell. If abnormal conditions are found during the inspection, suspend the use of the equipment as soon as possible, contact professional operation and maintenance personnel to investigate and deal with it, and do not disassemble the battery pack by yourself.
Maintenance points during the idle storage stage of the battery
Short-term idle maintenance method
If the device is not planned to be put into use within 3 to 7 days, it is necessary to charge the battery to 50% to 70% in advance, store it in a dry and ventilated area with a temperature of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius, and avoid direct exposure to sunlight or rain. You can start the device to run unloaded for 3 to 5 minutes every 3 days to ensure that the internal activity of the battery is in a stable state.
Long-term idle operation and maintenance requirements
If the equipment is idle for more than one month, it is necessary to do a good job of insulation protection of the battery port in advance, and complete a replenishment operation every 15 days to avoid the battery being in a state of power loss for a long time, resulting in capacity attenuation. Do not stack heavy objects above the battery during idling to avoid deformation damage due to pressure on the shell.

Precautions for heavy-duty operation
In the case of heavy-duty continuous operation scenarios, do not connect to charging immediately after running at full load for a long time. Wait for the battery to cool down naturally for about 30 minutes before starting the charging process to avoid excessive internal temperature of the battery affecting the service life. During daily operation, try to avoid vehicles passing in areas where the depth of water accumulation exceeds one-third of the tires for a long time to prevent safety hazards caused by water ingress in the battery compartment.
