电池质保相关说明

质保适用范围说明

用户在选购合规的3吨电动叉车之后,对应搭载的动力电池享有厂家公开标注的专属质保权益,质保周期从车辆完成正式交付、用户签字确认收货当日开始计算,仅适用于非人为因素导致的电池性能异常、原厂装配缺陷等情况。质保权益仅限车辆首任登记使用人享有,不可随车辆二次交易私自转移,相关权益凭证需要用户妥善保管,后续申请质保服务时需主动出示。

质保权益的界定规则

日常使用中如果出现人为磕碰、私自拆解改装电池组、使用非原厂适配的充电设备这类不当操作引发的电池故障,不在官方质保覆盖范围内。服务网点工作人员会按照统一的检测流程判定故障成因,符合质保要求的情况,会为用户提供免费的故障排查、零部件更换等对应服务,不会额外收取不合理费用。

日常充电注意事项分享

充电前的基础检查要点

每次准备给电池充电前,要先检查充电接口有没有积水、异物、金属碎屑残留,确认电池外壳没有明显的开裂、鼓包、渗液情况,同时核对当前使用的充电设备参数和电池额定充电参数完全匹配,再按照正确的插拔顺序连接充电线路,不要暴力拉扯充电接口。

充电过程的操作规范

充电过程中要把车辆停放在通风干燥、远离易燃易爆物品的指定充电区域,不要覆盖电池组影响散热,安排专人定时查看充电进度,避免出现长时间过充的情况。如果充电途中发现电池出现异常发烫、异味等情况,要第一时间切断电源,联系官方售后人员上门排查,不要私自拆机处理。

充电后的后续养护细节

电池完全充满之后,要先断开充电端的线路,再拔掉车辆端的充电接口,把接口防尘盖复位。日常使用时尽量避免把电池电量完全耗尽再充电,保持浅充浅放的使用习惯,能有效维持电池的活性,延长整体使用寿命。
