Overview of product foundation

The AF10D latent jack-up AGV is produced by BYD and is a small fully automatic latent handling robot with a rated load of 1 ton. The whole machine is low and thin, supports in-situ rotation, and is equipped with an automatic guidance system. It can dive into the bottom of the tooling to complete the jack-up transfer. It is suitable for narrow passages and compact workshop scenarios, and independently completes material circulation transportation to optimize the on-site logistics operation process.

III. Standard matching configuration

  1. Power battery: 48V45Ah lithium iron phosphate battery

BYD lithium iron phosphate power battery, miniaturized body adaptation design, stable power supply, suitable for short-distance and high-frequency material transfer in the workshop, safe and stable lithium battery, suitable for indoor working conditions such as electronics and precision machining.

  2. Charging package: 48V50A charging cabinet

Special small charging equipment, matching battery charging specifications, and the replenishment speed is adapted to the rhythm of lightweight AGV operation, reducing downtime and waiting time.

  3. 360 double safety protection: contact + non-contact anti-collision device

The equipment is fully covered with safety sensing, long-distance infrared warning, and physical buffer structure. Driving in a narrow channel can identify personnel, tooling, and equipment obstacles in a timely manner, reducing the risk of collision and collision.

  4. Sound and light prompt components: warning light, voice announcer

Equipment jacking, driving, steering, failure, charging status synchronous lighting and voice dual reminder, narrow workshop staff can quickly identify the operating status of equipment, avoid human-machine interaction hidden dangers.

IV. Product application advantages

  1. Low and lightweight body, suitable for narrow channel operation

The weight of the whole machine is only 230kg, the height of the fuselage is low, and with a very small turning radius of 600mm, the assembly line can pass smoothly through narrow aisles, dense stations, and small storage channels.

  2. Rotate in place for higher space utilization

Support for in-situ steering of the vehicle body, without the need to reserve a large turning area, and the compact plant can be deployed without the need to modify the channel, making full use of the limited space in the workshop.

  3. Latent jacking structure, suitable for all kinds of tooling vehicles

It can dive into the material rack and automatically lift the material at the bottom of the tooling truck, eliminating the need for manual hanging of goods, and simplifying the operation steps of material loading and unloading.

  4. Fully automatic guidance, reducing the investment in manual transfer

Equipped with an automatic guidance control system, it can independently complete multi-station cycle feeding and material turnover, reducing the manpower consumption of manual pushing of tooling vehicles and improving the efficiency of workshop circulation.

  5. Full-dimensional safety protection to ensure the stable operation of precision production lines

360 anti-collision with sound and light warning, active avoidance in small spaces, reducing the damage of precision materials and tooling equipment, and maintaining continuous production line operation.

Applicable scenarios

It is suitable for electronic assembly workshops, precision parts processing plants, small warehouses, medical apparatus production lines, 3C digital assembly lines and other narrow channels, dense workstations, and indoor scenes of light tooling material recycling.
