Overview of product foundation

The AF10D-01 latent jacking AGV is produced by BYD and is a small fully automatic latent handling robot with a rated load of 1 ton. The whole machine adopts a low fuselage design, supports in-situ rotation, and is equipped with a mature automatic guidance system. It can dive into the bottom of the tooling rack to complete the jacking transfer. It is suitable for compact workshops with narrow passages and dense workstations. It can independently complete the circulation of light materials and optimize the logistics flow in the factory.

1. Power battery: 48V45Ah lithium iron phosphate battery
   

   BYD is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate power battery, which is compact and suitable for lightweight fuselage, stable power supply output, and suitable for short-distance and high-frequency light material transfer in the workshop. The lithium iron phosphate material is safe and stable, and it is suitable for indoor production conditions such as electronics and precision machining.
   

2. Charging package: 48V50A charging cabinet
   

   Dedicated matching specification charging equipment, suitable for small AGV replenishment needs, shortening downtime charging time, and ensuring continuous automated feeding of the assembly line.
   

3. 360 all-round safety protection: contact + non-contact double collision avoidance device
   

   The equipment is fully covered with a safety detection mechanism, and long-distance infrared induction warning is matched with a physical buffer anti-collision structure. When driving in a narrow channel, personnel, tooling, and equipment obstacles can be identified in time, reducing collision and material scratch losses.
   

4. Sound and light prompt components: warning light, voice announcer
   

   Equipment jacking, driving, steering, failure, charging status synchronous lighting and voice dual reminder, station-intensive workshop staff can quickly identify the dynamic operation of equipment, reduce human-machine interaction safety hazards.
