Trong kịch bản vận chuyển thông minh của xưởng, hệ thống cảm biến định vị của xe nâng thông minh AGV là thành phần cốt lõi để đảm bảo thiết bị chạy chính xác và hoàn thành nhiệm vụ vận hành, một khi xảy ra lỗi, nó sẽ ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến hiệu quả sản xuất. Nắm vững phương pháp vận hành thực tế kiểm tra lỗi khoa học có thể giúp nhân viên vận hành và bảo trì nhanh chóng xác định vị trí vấn đề và giải quyết.

Đầu tiên thực hiện kiểm tra trực quan cơ bản. Tiếp theo tiến hành kiểm tra sơ bộ chức năng. Sau khi khởi động lại thiết bị AGV, kiểm tra dữ liệu cảm biến điều hướng thông qua hệ thống điều khiển của thiết bị để xác nhận xem các thông số có nằm trong phạm vi ngưỡng bình thường hay không. Sau đó bắt đầu chế độ chạy thử tốc độ thấp của AGV trong khu vực xưởng trống để quan sát xem thiết bị có thể chạy dọc theo đường dẫn đặt trước hay không, có tình huống bất thường như độ lệch, thẻ, chướng ngại vật đánh giá sai. Nếu có bất thường trong quá trình chạy thử, hiệu suất lỗi cụ thể cần được ghi lại để cung cấp cơ sở cho việc kiểm tra mục tiêu tiếp theo.

Sau đó tiến hành kiểm tra loại cảm biến được nhắm mục tiêu. Ưu tiên kiểm tra cảm biến AGV của các chế độ điều hướng khác nhau là khác nhau: AGV điều hướng bằng laser cần kiểm tra độ sạch của đầu phát laser và đầu nhận, kiểm tra cường độ phát xạ và độ nhạy nhận của tín hiệu laser, xác nhận xem có trường hợp tín hiệu bị che khuất hoặc bị nhiễu hay không; AGV điều hướng bằng mắt cần kiểm tra xem ống kính máy ảnh có sạch không, hình ảnh thu được có rõ ràng không, đảm bảo mô-đun nhận dạng trực quan có thể nắm bắt chính xác dấu hiệu điều hướng; AGV điều hướng bằng dải từ cần kiểm tra độ vừa vặn của cảm biến dải từ và dải từ tính mặt đất, xác nhận xem dải từ có bị mòn hay không

Cuối cùng hoàn thành xác minh và bảo trì lỗi. Sau khi kiểm tra điểm hỏng hóc và sửa chữa, khởi động lại thiết bị để vận hành thử nghiệm toàn bộ quy trình, xác nhận chức năng của hệ thống cảm biến định vị trở lại bình thường.
