在车间智能化搬运场景中,AGV智能叉车的导航传感系统是保障设备精准行驶、完成作业任务的核心组件,一旦出现故障,将直接影响生产效率。掌握科学的故障排查实操方法,能帮助运维人员快速定位问题并解决。

首先开展基础目视检查。运维人员需先关停AGV设备电源,对各类导航传感器的外观进行逐一检查:查看传感器表面是否覆盖灰尘、油污等杂质,这些污染物可能遮挡信号发射或接收通道;检查传感器的安装支架是否存在松动、移位情况,安装位置偏移会导致传感数据偏差;同时留意传感器的线缆连接是否牢固,有无破损、断裂迹象,线缆故障常引发信号传输中断。

其次进行功能初步测试。重启AGV设备后,通过设备自带的控制系统查看导航传感数据,确认各项参数是否处于正常阈值范围内。随后在空旷的车间区域启动AGV的低速试运行模式,观察设备是否能沿预设路径行驶,是否出现偏离、卡顿、误判障碍物等异常情况。若试运行中出现异常,需记录具体故障表现,为后续针对性排查提供依据。

接着开展针对性传感类型排查。不同导航模式的AGV传感器排查重点不同:激光导航型AGV需检查激光发射头与接收头的清洁度,测试激光信号的发射强度与接收灵敏度,确认是否存在信号被遮挡或干扰的情况;视觉导航型AGV则需检查摄像头镜头是否清洁,采集的图像是否清晰,确保视觉识别模块能准确抓取导航标识;磁条导航型AGV要查看磁条传感器与地面磁条的贴合度,确认磁条是否有磨损、断裂。

最后完成故障验证与维护。排查出故障点并修复后,再次启动设备进行全流程试运行,确认导航传感系统功能恢复正常。日常运维中,建议定期对传感器进行清洁、校准,避免环境因素引发的故障,延长设备使用寿命。
