长效润滑脂的规范加注,是保障工业仓储叉车长期稳定运行、延长部件使用寿命的关键环节。正确的日常润滑操作,能有效减少部件磨损,降低故障发生率,提升仓储作业效率。

一、加注前的准备工作

首先需确认润滑脂的型号与叉车说明书要求匹配,避免因油脂类型不符导致部件损伤。准备好加注工具,如黄油枪、清洁毛刷、抹布等,并确保工具表面无杂质。操作前将叉车停放在平坦坚实的地面,熄火断电,拉起驻车制动,防止操作过程中车辆意外移动。同时,用清洁毛刷和抹布清理加注部位的表面灰尘、油污,避免杂质随润滑脂进入部件内部。

二、关键部位的润滑脂加注操作

1. 门架链条与滚轮:将门架降至最低位置,对链条的各个链节均匀加注润滑脂,确保油脂覆盖链节接触面;对门架两侧的滚轮轴部位,缓慢注入润滑脂,直至少量油脂从缝隙溢出即可,避免过量加注导致油脂滴落污染环境。

2. 转向系统部件:找到转向拉杆的球头、转向齿轮箱的加注口,按照说明书要求的剂量注入润滑脂,加注后轻轻转动方向盘,帮助油脂均匀分布在部件接触面。

3. 车轮轴承:针对驱动轮和转向轮的轴承部位,通过专用加注口注入润滑脂,直至油脂从轴承密封边缘少量溢出,表明轴承内部已充分润滑,随后擦除溢出的多余油脂。

4. 升降油缸:在油缸活塞杆的外露表面均匀涂抹一层薄润滑脂,注意避免油脂进入油缸内部的密封组件,防止影响密封性能。

三、加注后的检查与收尾

完成所有部位的加注后,用抹布擦除部件表面多余的润滑脂,防止灰尘附着形成油泥。启动叉车,进行短距离的门架升降、转向、行驶测试,观察各部件运行是否顺畅,有无异常声响或卡顿情况。同时,整理好加注工具,将剩余润滑脂密封存放于干燥阴凉处,避免油脂变质。

四、日常润滑的注意事项

需建立定期润滑记录,标注加注日期、部位及油脂用量,便于后续跟踪部件状态。根据仓储作业环境调整润滑频率,如多粉尘、潮湿环境下可适当缩短润滑间隔。夏季高温时,注意选择耐高温性能符合要求的润滑脂;冬季低温环境下,优先选用低温流动性较好的油脂,确保润滑效果不受温度影响。
