充电环节常见误区

避免长时间亏电存放

很多使用者在叉车闲置时会忘记给电池补电,长期处于亏电状态的锂电池,表面会生成硫酸铅结晶附着在极板上,堵塞电离子传输通道,不仅会大幅降低电池容量,还会缩短整体使用寿命,建议闲置期每半个月补电一次,保持电量在60%以上。

不要过度充电

不少人习惯将电池充满后长时间不拔充电器,过度充电会导致电解液中的水分分解挥发,造成电池鼓包、内阻上升,长期如此还会带来安全隐患,建议充电完成后1小时内及时断开电源。

使用环节常见误区

不要随意混用充电器

不同规格的锂电池适配的充电器电压、电流参数存在差异,混用非配套充电器,轻则出现充不满、充电速度慢的问题,重则会出现过充过热的情况,损伤电池内部结构。

低温环境不要直接满负荷作业

当环境温度低于0摄氏度时,锂电池的活性会明显下降,放电容量随之降低,如果直接启动满负荷作业,会导致电池过度放电,损伤内部电极材料,建议低温环境下先空载运行一段时间,待电池温度上升后再逐步增加负载。

维护环节常见误区

不要用湿抹布擦拭电池接口

电池接口处带有金属导电部件,用湿润的抹布擦拭很容易造成短路,引发打火、烧坏电路的问题,建议用干燥的软毛刷或者干抹布清理接口处的灰尘和污渍。

不要自行拆解故障电池

锂电池内部结构精密,即便出现小故障,也不要自行拆解维修,操作不当很容易造成电池漏液、短路甚至起火,出现异常时建议联系专业的维修人员处理。
