电池系统日常保养

定期检查电池状态

日常作业后需及时检查电池的电解液液位,确保处于规定范围内,若液位过低需补充蒸馏水。同时检查电池接线端子是否存在松动、氧化现象,及时清洁并紧固,避免接触不良引发故障。充电时需选择通风良好的环境,遵循规范的充电时长,避免过充或过放,以延长电池使用寿命。

动力与传动系统维护

驱动电机与减速器检查

日常需留意驱动电机运行时是否有异常声响或过热情况,定期清洁电机散热片,确保散热良好。同时检查减速器的固定螺栓是否松动,观察有无渗漏油现象,若发现异常需及时排查并处理。

传动部件润滑养护
