Walking electric pallet truck is a commonly used short-distance handling equipment in warehousing and logistics scenarios. With its flexible and lightweight characteristics, it is widely used in freight transshipment in warehouses, supermarkets, workshops and other places. Today, we take a 1.5-ton walking electric pallet truck as an example to analyze its core structure.
Core Power System
The battery module and drive unit are the core of the power system. This device is equipped with a high-density power battery pack, which is installed under the middle of the vehicle body to ensure battery life and optimize the distribution of the center of gravity of the vehicle. The drive unit integrates a motor and a deceleration mechanism to directly drive the bearing wheel to rotate, resulting in high power transmission efficiency and low noise and low energy consumption. During the start-stop process, the motor can achieve smooth speed regulation and adapt to the needs of different handling scenarios.
Bearing and walking structures
The pallet fork frame and the chassis frame form the core bearing structure. The fork frame is integrally formed of high-strength steel, which has good bending and torsion resistance and can stably carry the rated weight of goods. The lift of the fork frame is controlled by the hydraulic unit, and the manual operation lever can realize smooth take-off and landing to meet the needs of stacking goods at different heights. The chassis frame adopts a modular design, and the components are closely connected, which effectively distributes the bearing pressure and improves the durability of the equipment.
The walking and steering parts are the key to ensuring flexible operation. The bearing wheel is made of wear-resistant rubber, which is suitable for different ground environments and reduces walking vibration. The steering parts are set at the rear of the car body, and the operator can achieve flexible steering through the control handle. The minimum turning radius is small, and it can be easily operated in narrow spaces.
Control and safety system
The control handle integrates function buttons such as forward, backward, speed regulation and lifting, and the layout is ergonomic, and the operator can complete all operations without bending over. The control module acts as the "brain" of the vehicle, collecting real-time operation data of various systems to ensure that components work together, and at the same time has functions such as overload protection and low battery warning.
The safety protection structure escorts the operation. This pallet truck is equipped with an emergency power-off button, which can immediately cut off the power supply in an emergency to ensure the safety of personnel and goods. Protective rails are set on both sides of the car body to avoid accidental sliding of goods. The sensing device at the handle can automatically lock the equipment when the operator leaves to prevent misoperation.
Through the structural analysis of this walking electric pallet truck, it is not difficult to see that its design revolves around the three cores of practicality, efficiency and safety. The coordinated operation of various components ensures the stable performance of the equipment in the storage and handling scene, and also provides a reference for the daily maintenance and selection of such equipment.
