Daily maintenance is the core link to ensure the stable operation of LECB18S electric forklift. Scientific maintenance steps and cycles can effectively reduce the failure rate and prolong the service life of the equipment. Daily maintenance is divided into three stages: before the shift, during the shift, and after the shift, supplemented by weekly and monthly regular inspections, which can be completed by the operator without the intervention of professional maintenance personnel. Three inspections need to be completed in sequence before the shift: the first is the appearance inspection to confirm that the body is not obviously damaged, the tire pressure meets the standards, and the fork and the door frame are not deformed and loose; the second is the power-on test to check whether the indicator light, steering system, and braking function are sensitive, and the battery power shows normal and no leakage marks; the third is the no-load practice running, driving for a short distance and lifting the door frame to feel whether the operation is smooth and whether there is any abnormal sound. When working during the shift, it is necessary to continue to pay attention to the status of the equipment. If there is insufficient power, slow braking, abnormal noise, etc., the machine should be stopped immediately for investigation, and it is strictly forbidden to continue the operation. At the same time, clean up the fork and the sundries attached to the body in time to avoid affecting the follow-up operation. Do not stack flammable items near the equipment during the operation gap. After the shift, park the forklift in a flat and dry designated area, pull the handbrake, and reduce the fork to the lowest position. After turning off the power supply, replenish the charging in time according to the remaining battery power to avoid long-term power loss. Finally, clean up the dust stains on the body, gantry rollers, chains, etc. A small amount of lubricating oil can be applied to the rollers and chains Periodic maintenance content: check the wear of the brake pads and adjust the clearance every week, check the hydraulic oil level and sealing every month, and lubricate the steering joints, gantry guides and other parts every quarter to ensure the smooth operation of all components.
