As an important device for improving the operation flexibility of electric forklifts, daily maintenance is directly related to the operation efficiency and safety of forklifts. Mastering the list of core maintenance accessories is the basis for standardized maintenance.
Seals are the core protective components of a hydraulic system, mainly including hydraulic cylinder sealing rings, side-moving slider sealing gaskets, etc. These accessories are prone to aging, wear or cracking under high pressure and friction environments for a long time. Once they fail, they will cause hydraulic oil leakage, affecting the accuracy of the adjustment and side-shifting functions. It is necessary to regularly check the appearance of the seals. If cracks, deformation or hydraulic oil leakage marks are found on the surface, the suitable seals need to be replaced in time to ensure the sealing of the hydraulic system.
Structural connectors are the key to ensuring the overall stability of attachments, including pitch-adjusting connecting rod pin bolts, side-shifting frame fastening screws, chain tensioning device fixing pins, etc. During operation, frequent pitch adjustment and side-shifting actions of attachments will cause the connectors to be continuously impacted, prone to loosening, rust or wear. Daily maintenance requires regular use of special tools to check the tightness of the connectors. For loose parts, tighten them in time. If excessive wear or rust is found on the pins and screws, new parts with matching specifications should be replaced to avoid structural deformation of the attachments due to failure of the connectors.
Sliding parts determine the smoothness of the operation of the attachment, mainly including side-moving guide rail sliders, pitch-adjusting chain rollers, guide wheel bearings, etc. These parts continue to rub during operation. If there is insufficient lubrication or excessive wear, it will cause the attachment operation card and noise to increase. It is necessary to regularly apply special grease to the sliding parts to reduce friction losses. At the same time, check the wear degree of the sliders and rollers. When obvious dents are found on the surface and the wear amount exceeds the specified range, replace the suitable sliding parts in time to ensure the smooth movement of the attachment.
Control and sensing components are auxiliary accessories to ensure the accurate operation of attachments, including position sensors, solenoid valve joints, control line terminals, etc. Such components are susceptible to dust and water vapor in the working environment, resulting in poor contact or reduced sensitivity. Daily maintenance requires regular cleaning of dust and debris on the surface of the components, checking whether the line connection is firm. If the sensor feedback is found to be inaccurate and the solenoid valve is slow, the status of the components should be checked in time, and the faulty accessories should be replaced if necessary to ensure the control accuracy of the attachments.
In addition to paying attention to the above-mentioned core parts, it is also necessary to establish a regular inspection ledger. According to the operating frequency and environmental conditions of the forklift, the inspection and replacement cycle of the parts should be set reasonably to ensure that each maintenance can effectively improve the service life of the attachments and ensure the stability and safety of the forklift operation.
