Power system troubleshooting
Unable to initiate troubleshooting
When the forklift cannot be started, the power supply should be checked first to determine whether the battery is in a low state through the dashboard display. If the power supply is sufficient, check the power connection line to see if the plug is loose and the line has any signs of damage. Press the start switch to determine whether there is a poor contact problem.
Insufficient power check
If there is a power attenuation during the operation of the forklift, first check whether the battery voltage is stable. If the voltage fluctuation is large, it may be a single fault in the battery pack. Then check whether the motor cooling fan is operating normally to avoid a drop in power output due to overheating of the motor.
Troubleshooting of walking system
Walking abnormality investigation
When the forklift is running off course, first check whether the tire pressure on both sides is uniform. The difference in air pressure over Dayee causes the direction of travel to shift, and then compare the running sound and speed of the walking motors on both sides to determine whether there is a problem of inconsistent output power.
steering failure investigation
If the steering feels heavy or cannot be turned normally, first check whether the steering hydraulic oil level is up to standard. If it is insufficient, add the hydraulic oil that meets the specifications, and then check whether the steering rod is loose or deformed to confirm the state of the connection part of the steering mechanism.
Hydraulic system troubleshooting
Lifting failure investigation
If the fork lifts slowly or cannot be lifted, first check whether the hydraulic oil is turbid and deteriorated. If so, replace it in time, and then check the working pressure of the hydraulic pump. If the pressure does not reach the standard value, it may be that the pump body is worn or the seals are aging.
Hydraulic leak detection
When a hydraulic oil leak is found, first check whether the pipeline joint is loose and tighten it in time. If there is no problem with the joint, check whether the seal is damaged, and replace the corresponding type of seal after confirmation.
Precautions for daily investigation
When using a forklift every day, the operator should develop the habit of checking before starting, focusing on checking the power supply, tire status, hydraulic oil level and other key parts. When troubleshooting, it is necessary to cut off the power supply of the forklift first to avoid the risk of electric shock. Do not disassemble the parts by yourself when encountering complex faults. Contact professional maintenance personnel in time to deal with them.
