动力系统故障排查

无法启动排查

当叉车出现无法启动的情况时,首先应检查电源电量,通过仪表盘显示判断电池是否处于低电状态,若电量充足则检查电源连接线路,查看插头是否松动、线路有无破损痕迹,同时按压启动开关判断是否存在接触不良问题。

动力不足排查

若叉车运行中出现动力衰减,先检测电池电压是否稳定,若电压波动较大可能是电池组内存在单节故障,再检查电机散热风扇是否正常运转,避免因电机过热导致动力输出下降。

行走系统故障排查

行走异常排查

当叉车出现行走跑偏现象时,先检查两侧轮胎气压是否均匀,气压差异过大易导致行驶方向偏移,随后对比两侧行走电机的运转声音和转速,判断是否存在输出功率不一致的问题。

转向失灵排查

若转向时手感沉重或无法正常转向,先检查转向液压油液位是否达标,不足则补充符合规格的液压油,再检查转向连杆是否松动或变形,确认转向机构连接部位的状态。

液压系统故障排查

升降无力排查

若货叉升降缓慢或无法抬起,先检查液压油是否浑浊变质,若有则及时更换,再检测液压泵工作压力,若压力未达标准值可能是泵体磨损或密封件老化。

液压泄漏排查

发现液压油泄漏时,先检查管路接头是否松动并及时拧紧,若接头无问题则查看密封件是否损坏,确认后更换对应型号的密封部件。

日常排查注意事项

日常使用叉车时,操作人员应养成启动前的排查习惯,重点检查电源电量、轮胎状态、液压油液位等关键部位。排查故障时务必先切断叉车电源,避免发生触电风险,遇到复杂故障不要自行拆解部件,应及时联系专业维修人员处理。
