Hydraulic oil is a key medium for the hydraulic system of electric forklifts, which directly affects the core functions of equipment lifting, steering, etc. The selection of suitable hydraulic oil and timely replacement is the core link of equipment maintenance. The selection of suitable hydraulic oil models should be combined with the requirements of working conditions, and the viscosity grade should be selected according to the working environment: No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil should be used under normal temperature working conditions, No. 32 low-condensation anti-wear hydraulic oil can be selected under low temperature environment below 0 ℃, and higher viscosity hydraulic oil should be selected in high temperature environment to ensure sealing and lubrication effect. When selecting oil according to the type of hydraulic system, anti-wear hydraulic oil should be selected first, which can reduce the wear of pump body and valve, and avoid the use of inferior oil to prevent clogging components. The replacement cycle of hydraulic oil can be determined based on the operation time and oil status: it can be replaced for about 2000 hours of continuous operation, and the high-frequency operating environment can be appropriately shortened; if the oil color becomes darker, cloudy with impurities, or the viscosity decreases, resulting in slow lifting, it needs to be replaced immediately. When replacing hydraulic oil, it is necessary to completely drain the old oil, clean the oil tank pipeline, and avoid mixing pollution with old and new oil. After adding new oil, start the equipment to operate and discharge air, and confirm that there is no leakage and then operate normally.
