Core cycle planning for daily maintenance
primary maintenance cycle
The first-level maintenance of the CPD16S electric forklift is aimed at high-frequency contact parts. It is carried out after every 8 hours of operation. It is mainly based on basic state investigation and cleaning, without complicated disassembly. It is necessary to check whether the brake pedal stroke is normal, whether the steering operation is flexible and card-free, whether there is any accumulation of foreign objects on the surface of the fork, and whether the battery terminals are firm and loose.
Secondary maintenance cycle
Secondary maintenance involves in-depth inspections of the core system, carried out every 50 hours or once a week. It is necessary to check the sealing of the hydraulic system to confirm whether the hydraulic oil level is within the standard range; check whether the circuit interface is loose or oxidized to ensure stable power supply; tighten the key connecting screws of the body to prevent the displacement of components during operation.
Key operating points for daily maintenance
Check points before homework
Before starting the forklift, it is necessary to check whether the appearance of the body is scratched and deformed, whether the tire pressure meets the requirements, and clean up the debris in the tire gap. Slowly turn the key to power on, observe whether the instrument panel warning light is normally extinguished, and test whether the lifting and tilting movements of the fork are smooth. Confirm that the brakes are sensitive to avoid safety hazards during operation.
Maintenance actions after operation
After the operation, park the forklift in a flat and dry safe area, reduce the fork to the lowest position, and turn off the power switch; wipe the dust and oil on the surface of the body, fork and hydraulic rod with a clean non-woven fabric to prevent impurities from accumulating and corroding parts; check whether the operating handles are reset to confirm that the protective devices have been returned to reduce the aging rate of parts; sample the hydraulic oil status every month, and calibrate the brake sensitivity every quarter to ensure that the equipment is always in a stable operating state.
