Troubleshooting and Treatment of Common Foundation Fault of CPD16S Series Electric Forklift
Power system fault investigation and handling
The power system is the core of the operation of the equipment, and common basic faults include failure to start normally. When encountering this problem, first check whether the power connection part is loose, and whether there is oxidation or rust on the surface of the battery terminal; if the wiring state is normal, check whether the main fuse is blown due to overload. During treatment, you can solve such faults by tightening the loose wiring, sanding and cleaning the oxide layer of the terminal, and replacing the fuse of the same specification and model. If it still cannot be started after the above investigation, you can contact a professional to further test the battery performance.
Troubleshooting and handling of hydraulic system faults
Hydraulic system failure is another common problem of CPD16S series electric forklifts, which is typically manifested as slow or weak lifting of the fork. When troubleshooting the fault, first observe whether the hydraulic oil level is within the normal scale range, whether the oil is deteriorated, turbid or mixed into the air, and check whether the hydraulic filter is blocked due to excessive impurities. The treatment steps are to replenish the hydraulic oil that meets the requirements of the equipment, replace the deteriorated or contaminated oil, discharge the air in the system, and regularly clean or replace the blocked filter to ensure the normal oil supply and circulation of the hydraulic system.
Operation control system troubleshooting
Abnormalities in the operation control system can directly affect the operation of the equipment. Common problems include slow control response, no feedback on operation instructions, etc. During investigation, focus on checking whether the potentiometer wiring of the operation handle is loose, whether the line skin is damaged, and at the same time confirm whether the wiring interface of the controller is in poor contact. The treatment method is to tighten the wiring terminals of the potentiometer, repair the damaged circuit, and re-plug the wiring interface of the controller to ensure smooth signal transmission and restore normal control function.
