Core battery life influencing factors
The battery is the core power source of the electric forklift. The battery capacity of the 2-ton electric forklift with different basic configurations will be different, which is the basic reason for the difference in battery life. The load situation will directly affect the power consumption. In the empty vehicle state, the power output demand is low, the power consumption is relatively small, and the battery life is longer. When half-loaded or fully loaded, the power system needs to provide more thrust, especially when lifting heavier goods, the power consumption will increase significantly. In addition, the ground conditions of the operating environment are also very important. When driving on the ground with a large slope or uneven, the electric forklift needs to overcome greater resistance and the battery life will be shortened. The ambient temperature cannot be ignored either. Energy storage batteries commonly used in the industry are below 0 degrees Celsius, and the reaction efficiency of internal active substances will decrease. 0-40 degrees Celsius is a more suitable use range. Low temperatures may lead to a certain decrease in battery life. Operating habits can also affect battery life. Frequent starts and stops, sharp deceleration, and long-term idling without turning off the power supply will all cause unnecessary waste of power.
Actual battery life reference for daily storage
In the daily flat storage operation area, the industry's common standard configuration of 2-ton electric forklifts, empty trucks combined with lightweight lifting operations, can be used for 8 to 12 hours on a single charge; when half-load handling turns around, a single charge can be used for 6 to 10 hours; when full load handling heavier goods, a single charge can be used for 4 to 8 hours. Users can plan the car and charging time according to the weight of their daily operations and the duration of the operation, combined with these reference data.
