The battery can be a lead-acid battery with a larger capacity, or an entry-level lithium battery to reduce the charging frequency and improve the battery life; the walking and lifting motor can choose a higher power style to improve the lifting speed and climbing ability; side shifter attachments can be selected on demand to reduce the number of forklift alignment movements and improve the operation efficiency. Shock-absorbing seats, armrests and other configurations can also be installed to improve the operation comfort of the operator and reduce the fatigue of long-term operation.
If the budget is sufficient, the daily operation intensity is high, there is a need for two or even three shifts, or it is often necessary to work on uneven ground and a site with a large slope, you can choose a high-matching configuration. The battery is preferred to choose a large-capacity lithium iron phosphate battery, which supports fast charging function, and it is more convenient to change power, which can meet the needs of long-term high-frequency operations; the motor can choose a permanent magnet synchronous motor with higher energy efficiency, which has stronger power and lower energy consumption, and saves money for long-term use; special attachments such as distance adjustment forks and holding clips can be installed on demand to meet the handling needs of different types of goods. It can also be equipped with auxiliary features such as reversing images and on-board weighing to further improve the safety and accuracy of the operation.
When purchasing, do not blindly pursue low price or high matching, but match the corresponding configuration according to your actual use needs, and give priority to compliance products that meet relevant national standards to avoid failures during subsequent use and increase additional maintenance and time costs.
