Key Dimensions of Core Usage Differences
Cost of Use Difference
The daily energy consumption of a 1.6-ton electric forklift is mainly charged, and the charging cost per unit operating time is lower than the fuel consumption cost of a fuel forklift, and the intermediate link and storage cost of fuel procurement are eliminated. Under high-frequency operating conditions, the cost advantage of long-term use is more obvious.
Differences in environmental emissions
Electric forklifts have no exhaust emissions during operation, do not produce carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides and other pollutants, and have minimal impact on the air quality of indoor storage, closed workshops, underground workshops and other operating environments, meeting the requirements of green operations. Fuel forklifts continue to release various types of exhaust gases, which can easily cause environmental burden and are not suitable for scenarios with high air quality requirements.
Maintenance differences
The structure of the electric forklift is relatively simple, with the core components being the motor and battery. Daily maintenance only requires attention to the status of the battery and circuit inspection, without frequent replacement of oil, filter elements, and other fuel vehicle consumables. This results in fewer maintenance items, longer maintenance cycles, and lower overall maintenance costs.
Operating experience difference
The power output of the 1.6-ton electric forklift is stable, the speed response is sensitive, and the noise and vibration generated during operation are small, which can effectively reduce the driver's fatigue. The power response of the fuel forklift has a certain lag, and the noise and vibration during operation are greater. Long-term operation can easily cause driver discomfort.
In addition, there are differences in the energy replenishment efficiency of the two types of forklifts. Electric forklifts need to be charged for a certain period of time. Fuel forklifts can replenish energy faster and are more suitable for emergency operation needs. Therefore, they need to be reasonably selected according to the actual operation scenario.
