日常使用前检查要点

动力系统专项检查

低温环境下叉车油液、电气部件的稳定性会受较大影响,每次启动作业前,需先对动力系统做全面排查。首先要确认专用低温液压油、润滑油的液位是否符合标准,观察油液有无凝固、变质的情况,若出现异常要及时更换适配的低温款油液。其次要检查全车电气线路接头处有无凝露、结冰的情况,擦干凝露后再启动设备,避免出现短路故障。低温环境下启动设备后,建议先空载运行3到5分钟预热,待各部件运转顺畅后再开始负重作业。

密封部件检查

低温环境会加速橡胶密封件的老化、脆化,使用前要重点检查门架、转向系统、驱动轮周边的密封部件有无开裂、渗漏的情况,若发现密封件失效要第一时间更换,避免低温水汽、杂质进入部件内部造成磨损。同时要对各活动部件加注适配低温环境的润滑脂,降低部件运行时的磨损风险。

作业过程运维注意事项

作业负荷合理管控

低温环境下金属部件的韧性有所下降,承重、抗冲击能力会略有降低,作业过程中要严格按照额定载荷装载货物,避免出现超载、偏载的情况。操作时要尽量平缓控制行驶速度,减少急加速、急刹车、猛打方向的操作,降低部件受到的冲击应力,避免出现部件断裂、变形的问题。

车身结霜定期清理

冷库内湿度较高,叉车作业过程中车身表面很容易附着霜层,每次作业间隙要及时清理车身、门架、电气部件表面的霜层,避免霜层过厚增加车身自重,同时也防止霜层融化后渗入电气元件、缝隙内部造成腐蚀、短路故障。

停放阶段养护要求

停放环境合理选择

每日作业结束后,尽量不要将叉车长时间停放在温度低于零下的冷库内部,建议将车辆开到温度适宜的过渡区域停放,让车身表面残留的霜层自然融化蒸发后再擦干,避免长时间处于低温高湿环境加速部件锈蚀。如果条件有限只能停放在冷库内,也要做好车身的防护,避免直接接触冷墙面、地面积水区域。

动力电池专项养护

电动叉车的电池活性会随温度下降而降低,作业结束后要将车辆移至常温区域充电,不要在低温环境下直接充电,避免影响电池的使用寿命。日常使用时要避免电池过度放电,剩余电量低于百分之二十时就要及时补电,定期检查电池接线端子有无氧化、结冰的情况,清理后做好绝缘防护,降低漏电、接触不良的风险。
