操作前需做好安全防护:将地牛停放在平坦稳固的地面,电动款需断开电源,缓慢释放油缸内液压压力,防止液压油喷出。同时准备套筒扳手、螺丝刀、适配新油封、液压油、清洁布及润滑油等工具配件。

首先进行油缸拆解:将货叉降至最低位置,拆除油缸与车架的连接螺栓,小心取出油缸组件。用专用工具拧开油缸端盖,缓慢抽出活塞组件,过程中避免划伤活塞表面,同步收集流出的液压油以便后续处理。

接着清理旧油封并检查部件:取下活塞上的旧油封,用清洁布擦拭缸体内壁与活塞表面,彻底去除油污杂质。检查缸体和活塞是否有磨损、划痕,轻微磨损可使用细砂纸打磨修复,严重磨损则需更换对应部件。

然后安装新油封:在新油封表面均匀涂抹一层润滑油,用专用工具或橡胶锤将油封平整敲入活塞卡槽,确保无扭曲、边缘无划伤,保证密封性能达标。

随后完成油缸组装与调试:将装好转油封的活塞缓慢装入缸体,对齐位置后拧紧端盖,把油缸组件装回车架并紧固连接螺栓。添加符合规格的液压油,排净油缸内空气,确保液压系统运转顺畅。

最后试机检查:启动地牛,操作货叉升降数次,观察油缸是否漏油、货叉升降是否平稳。若出现漏油或运行异常,需重新拆解检查油封安装状态或缸体磨损情况,直至故障排除。日常需定期检查油封状态,避免超载作业,延长部件使用寿命。
