低温環境でのバッテリー活性の低下の影響を受けて、電動フォークリフトの航続性能は常温環境に比べてある程度減衰する。今回の測定では、満充電状態の電動フォークリフトはマイナス20度前後の冷凍庫で常温環境での連続運転時間が約85%に達し、エネルギー消費レベルは常温環境に比べて約12%向上し、全過程で突然の停電、動力中断などの異常な状況はなく、減衰幅は業界の従来の期待に合っている。

パワーと操縦性能

全負荷の登坂や3メートル以上の高所積み重ねなどの典型的な作業シナリオでは、電動フォークリフトの出力は安定しており、ステアリングとフォークの昇降の応答速度は基本的に常温環境と同じです。テストに参加したオペレーターは、低温環境での車両のハンドリングフィーリングは常温操作と有意差がなく、追加の適応なしに熟練した操作が可能であるとフィードバックしました。

デバイスの安定性

72時間の連続運転中、車両のシールや電子部品に低温故障はなく、タイヤや油圧システムの動作状態は安定しており、漏れやカードなどの異常はありませんでした。全体的な運転故障率は業界平均よりも低く、高強度の連続運転ニーズに対応できます。
