測試環境與準備

測試場景設定

本次測試選取國內冷鏈行業通用的常溫冷庫與低溫冷庫兩類場景,測試溫度區間覆蓋0攝氏度到零下25攝氏度,匹配常規生鮮倉儲、冷凍食品倉儲的日常作業溫度。測試周期設置爲連續72小時不間斷作業,模擬日常運營中貨物裝卸、短途轉運、高位堆垛的全流程作業場景,作業載荷覆蓋額定載荷的60%到100%,還原不同作業強度下的真實運行狀態。

核心維度實測表現

續航與能耗表現

受低溫環境下電池活性下降的影響,電動叉車的續航表現相比常溫環境會有一定幅度的衰減。本次實測中,滿電狀態的電動叉車在零下20攝氏度左右的冷庫內連續作業時長可達常溫環境下的85%左右,能耗水平相比常溫環境提升約12%,全程未出現突然掉電、動力中斷等異常情況,衰減幅度符合行業常規預期。

動力與操控表現

在滿載荷爬坡、3米以上高位堆垛等典型作業場景下,電動叉車的動力輸出保持平穩,轉向、貨叉升降的響應速度與常溫環境下基本一致,未出現操作遲滯、動力不足的情況。參與測試的操作人員反饋,低溫環境下車輛的操控手感與常溫作業沒有明顯差異,無需額外適應即可熟練作業。

設備穩定性表現

連續72小時作業過程中,車輛的密封件、電子元器件均未出現低溫故障,輪胎、液壓系統的運行狀態穩定,未出現滲漏、卡頓等異常情況,整體作業故障率低於行業平均水平,能夠適配高強度連續作業需求。

實測總結與場景適配建議

從本次實測結果來看,該款電動叉車能夠適配大部分常規冷庫的作業需求,低溫環境下的綜合性能可以滿足日常運營要求。相比傳統內燃叉車,電動叉車在密閉冷庫內無尾氣排放、運行噪音更低,適配性優勢更加明顯。冷庫運營方可以結合自身的作業強度、冷庫溫度區間選擇對應配置,在提升作業效率的同時降低綜合運營成本。
