冷蔵庫フォークリフトのハーネス絶縁層は、マイナス40℃の環境で柔軟性を維持し、低温脆化によるひび割れや脱落の問題がない耐低温改質ポリオレフィン材料を採用しています。ワイヤーコアは、頻繁な曲げ、熱膨張、収縮の条件下でも安定した導電性を維持し、回路の故障や接触不良を回避できるマルチストランド軟質銅撚り構造を採用しています。

油圧回路の最適化設計

油圧システムには、シャットダウン用の自動圧力解放回路が追加されています。機器がシャットダウンされた後、パイプライン内の残留油圧が自動的に解放され、パイプライン内の残留油圧オイルが低温で膨張してパイプラインが破裂するのを防ぎます。同時に、油圧バルブグループに断熱保護層を追加し、バルブグループが霜で詰まる可能性を減らし、低温環境での油圧操作の応答速度を向上させます。
