Safety inspection before operation
First of all, check the status of the vehicle. For the P15 walking electric pallet truck, it is necessary to check whether the power display is normal to ensure that the remaining power meets the needs of the operation and avoid power outages affecting the operation; check the sensitivity of the braking system and gently step on the brake pedal to confirm that the vehicle can stop in time; at the same time check whether the fork is deformed, cracked and other damage to ensure smooth lifting of the fork.
Secondly, it is necessary to confirm the safety of the working environment. Clean up the debris and water in the working area to ensure the smooth passage; check whether the ground is flat and avoid working on the road with large slopes or potholes; if working indoors, confirm that the ventilation is good and there is no risk of the accumulation of flammable and explosive materials.
Operating specifications in the job
Start and drive with caution. Before starting the vehicle, make sure that there are no people or obstacles around, hold the operating handle and accelerate slowly to avoid shaking or collision of goods caused by sudden start; maintain a uniform speed during driving to avoid sudden acceleration and sudden braking. The braking response of P15 vehicles is more sensitive, and it is necessary to control the force during operation. When turning, slow down in advance and pay attention to the surrounding conditions to prevent scratching goods or personnel.
The loading and unloading operation should follow the specifications. When forking the goods, adjust the spacing of the forks to match the width of the goods, and slowly insert them into the bottom of the goods to ensure that the forks fully carry the goods and then slowly lift them up; the lifting height should not exceed 30 cm on the ground to avoid the goods falling too high; when unloading the goods, slowly lower the forks, confirm that the goods are placed smoothly and then pull out the forks. It is strictly forbidden to throw the goods directly from a height.
Special scenarios require good protection. If working in a narrow passage, plan the route in advance and pass slowly; when encountering a slippery road, reduce the driving speed to avoid skidding braking; if there is an abnormal sound or failure of the vehicle during the operation, stop the operation immediately, and contact the maintenance personnel after cutting off the power supply. It is strictly forbidden to operate with illness.
Finishing and maintenance after operation
After the operation is completed, the vehicle needs to be parked in a standardized manner. Park the vehicle in the designated area, reduce the fork to the lowest position, cut off the power supply, and pull up the parking brake; if parked for a long time, turn off the main power switch to avoid power loss.
Daily maintenance should not be ignored. Regularly clean the surface of the vehicle and the fork to remove attached debris and oil stains; check whether the battery cable is firm to avoid loose contact; regularly maintain the braking system and lifting system of the vehicle according to the instructions for use to ensure that the vehicle is in good running condition.
