Basic maintenance points during daily use
Operation specifications for charging links
Before charging, confirm that the parameters of the charging device and the battery parameters match, check that the charging interface is free of water seepage and no foreign matter blockage before completing the plug-in. Do not unplug the interface at will during the charging process, and disconnect the charging connection in time when the battery is fully charged to avoid overcharging for a long time affecting the battery activity. The charging environment should be kept ventilated and cool, avoid direct sunlight, stay away from flammable and explosive items, and strictly prohibit stacking debris in the charging area.
Precautions for daily use
Try to avoid deep discharge of the battery during daily operation. When the remaining power is less than 20%, stop the operation in time and transfer to the charging process. Do not continue to discharge at high load under extreme working conditions such as overload and long-term climbing to reduce unnecessary battery loss. Pay attention to the running status of the battery's supporting temperature control system during operation. If there is an abnormal prompt, stop the operation as soon as possible to troubleshoot the problem.
Core operating requirements for regular inspections
Appearance and wiring investigation
Conduct a full-machine appearance inspection at least once a month to wipe the dust and oil on the surface of the battery shell, clean up the oxidation residues at the interface in a timely manner, check whether the connecting lines are worn or loose, and find that the outer skin is damaged. Insulation treatment should be done as soon as possible to avoid potential safety hazards caused by short circuit of the line.
Cell Status Verification
Regularly check the background data of the battery management system, record the voltage and temperature differences of the battery cells, and when the data fluctuates beyond the normal range, suspend the use and contact professional operation and maintenance personnel for in-depth inspection. Do not disassemble the sealed structure of the battery pack without permission to avoid safety risks.
Precautions for maintenance of idle storage
If the forklift needs to be idle for a long time, charge the battery to a range of 50% to 70% in advance, choose a dry and ventilated area with a temperature of 0 to 30 degrees Celsius for storage, and do not place the battery directly on the wet ground. Regularly recharge it every half month to avoid capacity attenuation caused by long-term power loss of the battery. Do a good job of dust and waterproof protection during storage, and do not stack heavy objects on the surface of the battery.
