pre-work inspection
Appearance and Parts Inspection
Before the start of the operation, the operator should carefully check the appearance of the forklift to ensure that the body is not obviously damaged or deformed, the fork is free of cracks or bends, the tire pressure is normal and there is no excessive wear. At the same time, check whether the fork lifting chain is elastic and suitable, and whether there is any risk of rust or fracture.
Power and function check
Check the remaining power display of the lithium battery. If the power is insufficient, you need to arrange fast charging in time, but you need to pay attention to avoid booster charging after the power is completely exhausted. Then test the basic functions of the forklift such as steering, braking, and fork lifting to confirm that the components are responsive and have no cards or abnormal sounds.
Operation specifications
Driving and loading and unloading operations
When starting, you need to step on the accelerator pedal slowly to avoid sudden acceleration causing the goods to shift; maintain a low speed during driving, pay attention to the surrounding environment, and avoid personnel and obstacles; when loading and unloading goods, ensure that the fork is fully inserted into the bottom of the goods, and the lifting and lowering movements are smooth. Overloading operations are prohibited, and the height of the goods must not obscure the operator's line of sight.
Fast charging operation
When fast charging is required, park the forklift in a well-ventilated and designated charging area away from fire sources and flammable and explosive items. After turning off the power supply of the forklift, connect the charging interface normally, and then start the charging procedure after confirming that the connection is stable. Pay attention to the charging status display during the charging process to avoid overtime charging. Disconnect the charging interface in time after charging is completed, and organize the charging equipment.
Post-operation maintenance and management
Equipment cleaning and parking
After the operation, clean up the cargo residue and dust on the forklift in time, especially the surrounding area of the battery, to prevent the accumulation of debris from affecting the heat dissipation. Park the forklift in the designated flat area, put down the fork to the ground, pull up the handbrake, and turn off all power switches.
Battery daily maintenance
Regularly check the appearance and terminals of the lithium battery to confirm that there is no bulging, leakage and loosening, and avoid the battery being hit or exposed to the sun. After fast charging, the battery temperature can be properly checked. If the temperature is too high, it needs to be cooled before the next operation. Avoid frequent fast charging every day, and plan the operation and charging time reasonably.
