Lithium forklifts are increasingly used in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and other fields due to their environmental protection and high efficiency. The hydraulic system, as the core component of the forklift, directly determines the stability and efficiency of lifting, handling and other operations, and the hydraulic maintenance filter element is the key barrier to guard the hydraulic system. Many users will have questions: Does the hydraulic maintenance filter element of the lithium forklift need to be replaced regularly?
The core function of the hydraulic maintenance filter element is to filter all kinds of impurities in the hydraulic oil, such as metal debris generated by the operation of the equipment, dust intruded from the outside world, and colloidal deposits formed by the oxidation of the hydraulic oil. If these impurities are in the domestic circulation of the hydraulic oil, they will wear out the precision components such as the hydraulic pump and valve group, resulting in failures such as cards and leaks, and even greatly shorten the service life of the hydraulic system.
Even for lithium-ion forklifts, the hydraulic maintenance filter element needs to be replaced regularly. On the one hand, there is an upper limit to the filter capacity of the filter element. As the use time increases, the filter element will gradually be blocked by impurities, and the filtration efficiency will continue to decline, unable to effectively block impurities from entering the core components of the system. On the other hand, after long-term use, the filter element itself may appear aging and damaged. If it is not replaced in time, the impurities will directly break through the barrier, causing more serious hydraulic system failures.
The replacement cycle is not a fixed value and needs to be adjusted according to the actual use scenario. For lithium-ion forklifts operating in a clean indoor environment, the filter element can be replaced every 2000-3000 hours or every 6-12 months; if operating in a dusty and humid outdoor environment, or the forklift is in a high-frequency operation state, the replacement cycle should be appropriately shortened. It is recommended to replace it every 1000-2000 hours or 3-6 months. At the same time, it is necessary to strictly follow the manufacturer's recommendations in the equipment user manual to ensure that the maintenance operation meets the specifications.
When replacing the hydraulic maintenance filter element, it is necessary to pay attention to the operation details: first stop and relieve pressure on the hydraulic system to avoid safety hazards caused by hydraulic oil ejection; select the filter element model suitable for the equipment, check the integrity of the sealing pad during installation, and prevent oil leakage; after the replacement is completed, replenish the hydraulic oil that meets the specifications in time, start the equipment practice running, and confirm that the hydraulic system is running without abnormality before it can be put into normal operation.
Regularly replacing the hydraulic maintenance filter element is a link that cannot be ignored in the daily maintenance of lithium-ion forklifts. It can effectively reduce the risk of hydraulic system failure, prolong the overall service life of the equipment, and ensure stable operation efficiency. Users should formulate a reasonable maintenance plan according to the actual use situation. Do not cause equipment failure due to temporary negligence and affect the production progress.
