The operator needs to check the corresponding load curve in advance to confirm the safe load threshold to avoid the operation risk caused by illegal overloading. The rated load parameter is the core reference index for equipment selection. Before purchasing, it needs to be matched with the average weight of the goods handled daily to avoid the waste of resources caused by excessive load redundancy, or the situation that the load is insufficient to meet the needs of the operation.
Lifting Specifications Related Instructions
The standard lifting height of this model has multiple optional configurations. The maximum lifting height of the basic model is 3 meters, which can fully meet the storage and storage needs of conventional 2 to 3-layer shelves. If users have higher shelf access requirements, they can also choose a customized door frame configuration. The maximum lifting height can be adapted to most high shelf scenarios within 5 meters. The minimum falling height of the fork meets the traffic requirements of conventional pallets, and it can be used normally without additional modifications and upgrades to the warehouse floor. The lifting speed during the operation of the door frame has been reasonably adjusted, so that the goods will not shake and slide due to excessive speed, nor will the overall operation efficiency be slowed down due to excessive speed.

In the actual operation process, the operator needs to operate in strict accordance with the calibrated technical parameters, and do not deliberately try to exceed the bearing capacity of the equipment. Regularly check the wear of the transmission parts and load-bearing forks of the lifting gantry, and replace the parts that exceed the wear standard in time, which can effectively prolong the service life of the equipment and ensure the stability of long-term operation.
