Charging efficiency fluctuation under different operating conditions
During actual use, the charging efficiency will fluctuate slightly with the ambient temperature. When the ambient temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius or above 40 degrees Celsius, the built-in temperature control system will automatically start the adjustment mechanism to appropriately extend the charging time. This is a normal operation phenomenon and will not have a negative impact on the normal service life of the battery. The fast charging function of this forklift is suitable for DC fast charging equipment that meets the corresponding specifications. When the power is about 20% remaining, the fast charging can be started, and the power can be replenished in a short time to support 2 to 3 hours of transfer operations. It can meet the emergency replenishment requirements in the continuous operation scenarios of two shifts and three shifts, without arranging long downtime waiting.
Precautions for the reasonable use of fast charging mode
In daily routine operation scenarios, it is recommended to use the regular AC charging mode first, and only use the fast charging function during peak operation periods and temporary replenishment needs, which can better maintain the long-term health of the battery, prolong the overall service life of the battery, and reduce the operation and maintenance costs of long-term use. During daily use, users can also choose the charging mode flexibly according to their own work scheduling rhythm to maximize the use value of the equipment.
