Control system troubleshooting: If the steering is not flexible, check whether the steering fluid is sufficient and whether the steering rod is stuck; if the braking fails, check whether the brake fluid is leaking and whether the degree of brake pad wear exceeds the standard.
Daily maintenance precautions
Routine inspection before shift: Before each shift, check whether the braking performance, lighting status, tire wear and safety devices are normal, and then start the equipment after confirming that there is no abnormality.
Regular and standardized maintenance: According to the operating cycle of the equipment, regularly clean the dust around the controller, lubricate the moving parts, test the battery performance, and replace the aging or worn parts in a timely manner to avoid minor problems causing major failures.
