Overview of product foundation

The AR16P forward-moving AGV is produced and manufactured by BYD. It is a pure electric power-driven intelligent warehousing unmanned handling equipment. It is suitable for high-rise three-dimensional shelf warehousing operations. It is equipped with a three-stage forward-moving gantry, with a maximum lifting height of 8.5m. The fork forward distance is 588mm. It has the characteristics of high lift and stable load, and can independently complete the whole process of warehouse high-level palletizing and cargo transshipment, helping to optimize the warehousing operation process and improve the overall flow efficiency of warehousing.

   The forward-moving structure is matched with a super-high lifting gantry, and the fork can be retractable 588mm forward. It can complete high-rise cargo access without the need for the whole vehicle to be close to the shelf, and is suitable for three-dimensional high-shelf warehouses.

   BYD is equipped with a high-power special charging cabinet to match the charging needs of high-voltage batteries, shorten the energy consumption of the equipment, and support the uninterrupted automated operation of warehousing throughout the day.

   The equipment is fully covered with safety sensing, infrared non-contact warning and physical contact buffer dual protection, effectively avoiding the risk of collision of shelves, goods and personnel, and ensuring the safety of high-level operations.
