Overview of product foundation

The AF03D latent jack-up AGV is produced by BYD and is an ultra-small fully automatic latent handling robot with a rated load of 0.3 tons. The whole machine adopts an ultra-thin and low fuselage design, supports the body to rotate in place, and is equipped with an automatic guidance control system. It can sneak into the bottom of small tooling and fixtures to complete the lift conveyance. It is suitable for ultra-narrow channels, precision dust-free stations, and small laboratory scenes. It can independently complete the cycle transfer of micro parts and simplify the fine production line logistics operation process.

   BYD miniaturized lithium iron phosphate power battery, compact and thin, suitable for lightweight fuselage, stable power supply, suitable for short-distance production line, high-frequency micro material transfer; lithium iron phosphate material safe and low heat, suitable for dust-free, precision electronics, medical apparatus and other indoor working conditions.
   

2. Charging package: 48V50A charging cabinet
   

   Special matching charging equipment, suitable for micro AGV battery specifications, the replenishment speed is in line with the working rhythm of light equipment, reducing the production time occupied by downtime charging.
   

3. 360 full coverage safety protection: contact + non-contact double collision avoidance device
   

   There is no dead-end safety detection around the equipment, and long-distance infrared induction warning is matched with a physical buffer anti-collision structure. Driving in a narrow station can identify personnel, tooling, and equipment obstacles in time, reducing the collision loss of tiny precision parts.
   

4. Sound and light safety prompt components: warning light, voice announcer
   

   Equipment jacking, driving, steering, failure, charging status synchronous lighting and voice dual reminders, staff in a small clean workshop with dense workstations can quickly identify equipment operation dynamics and avoid human-machine interaction safety hazards.

   Equipped with a mature automatic guidance system, it can independently complete multi-station cycle feeding and work in progress, reduce the manpower consumption of manually pushing small tooling trolleys, and improve the overall material flow efficiency of the refined workshop.
