锂电叉车凭借环保、高效的优势,如今已经广泛应用在仓储、物流、制造业等多个场景,作为其核心动力来源,锂电池的使用寿命直接影响整车的使用成本和运营效率。不少用户在使用过程中忽略了一些细节习惯,会悄悄缩短电池的使用寿命,增加后续更换成本。

充电环节的常见错误习惯

频繁欠充过充

部分用户为了赶作业进度,经常电池没充满就拔下使用,或是作业结束后长期插着充电器不拔,这两种行为都会对电池内部的电芯结构造成损伤。锂电池有固定的充放电循环次数,每次欠充都会让电池活性物质无法完全反应,长期下来会出现容量衰减的问题;而过充则会导致电池内部温度过高,增加电解液损耗,严重时甚至会出现安全隐患。

充电环境不符合要求

不少用户会随意选择充电区域,要么是高温暴晒的露天场地,要么是潮湿积水的低洼区域,或是周边堆放易燃易爆物品的角落。锂电池对充电环境温度有明确要求,通常建议在0到45摄氏度的干燥通风环境下充电,温度过高会加剧电池内部副反应,温度过低则会导致充电效率下降,长期在不符合要求的环境下充电,会大幅缩短电池的正常使用寿命。

使用过程中的错误操作

长期超载运行

部分作业场景下,用户为了提高运输效率,经常让叉车承载超过额定载重的货物,此时电池需要输出更大的电流来维持动力,长期大电流放电会加速电芯的老化,让电池容量快速下降,不仅缩短电池寿命,还会增加电机等其他核心部件的损耗。

亏电状态长期存放

如果叉车长期闲置不用,不少用户会直接停放在仓库角落,没有提前给电池充满电,锂电池在亏电状态下存放,很容易出现硫酸盐化现象,结晶物附着在极板上,会堵塞电离子通道,导致电池容量下降,闲置时间越长,电池的损耗就越严重,甚至可能出现无法再次充电的情况。

日常维护的错误做法

随意自行拆解电池

部分用户发现电池出现小故障时,会自行拆解检查,锂电池内部结构精密,没有专业设备和防护措施的情况下拆解,很容易破坏内部密封结构,甚至引发短路、漏液等问题,不仅会直接损坏电池,还有可能造成安全事故。

电池接口脏污长期不清理

日常作业时电池接口处很容易沾染灰尘、水渍、杂物,不少用户从来不会主动清理,长期堆积的脏污会导致接口接触不良,充电和放电时都会出现电流不稳定的情况,加速电池的老化,严重时还会出现接触点发热烧坏的问题。
