雨季空气湿度大、路面积水较多,是电动叉车故障的高发时段,做好作业规范管控与日常养护,能有效减少电路短路、部件锈蚀等问题,降低设备故障概率,保障作业效率与安全。

雨季电动叉车使用注意事项

作业前的安全检查。每次出车前要重点检查制动系统灵敏度、轮胎花纹磨损情况,确认轮胎抓地力符合作业要求,同时检查车灯、雨刮器是否可以正常工作,保障雨天作业视野清晰,还要检查车体外壳是否有开裂、破损的情况,避免雨水渗入设备内部结构造成隐患。

作业过程的操作规范。遇到路面积水时,要先判断积水深度,水位超过车轮轮毂三分之一时禁止强行通过,防止积水进入电池舱、电机舱引发短路故障。行驶过程中要适当降低车速,避免紧急制动、急转弯,防止车辆侧滑侧翻,露天作业遇到强降雨时要第一时间将车辆转移到遮蔽区域,避免长时间淋雨。

雨季电动叉车日常保养要点

电路系统防潮维护。每日作业结束后,要及时擦干车体表面的水渍,重点检查电池接线端、电机接线处是否有受潮、氧化的情况,发现锈迹要及时清理,避免出现接触不良的问题。停放车辆的车库要保持通风干燥,不要将车辆长期停放在潮湿密闭的空间,也可以定期用干燥的压缩空气吹扫电路接口处的灰尘与潮气,降低受潮风险。

车体与部件防锈处理。雨季要适当增加链条、轴承等传动部件的润滑频率,每次润滑前要先擦干部件表面的水分,避免水分被裹在润滑油下引发锈蚀。对于车体表面掉漆的位置,要及时补涂防锈漆,避免雨水长期侵蚀导致锈斑扩大,影响车体结构强度。

动力单元专项养护。每周要检查一次电池舱的密封情况,确认密封条没有老化开裂,防止积水渗入舱内。如果电池表面有水渍,要用干抹布擦拭干净,保持表面干燥,避免出现漏电、跑电的情况,同时要定期检查电池的电解液液位,确保各项参数处于正常范围。
