明确核心作业参数

载重与举升高度匹配

选型最先要确认的是实际载重需求,计算时需要包含货物、托盘以及附加工装的总重量,同时要兼顾作业峰值时的临时载重需求,避免选择额定载重刚刚贴合日常均值的车型,防止长期过载作业缩短设备使用寿命。举升高度则要对应仓库货架的最高存取高度,预留15到20厘米的安全余量,同时确认作业区域的净高可以满足货物举升到最高位时的空间要求,避免出现顶碰管线、消防设施的风险。

作业通道参数适配

还要提前测量作业通道的宽度,不同转向模式的车型对通道宽度的要求存在差异,如果通道空间较为狭窄,可以优先选择转向更灵活的车型,避免后续作业出现通行、转向困难的问题,也无需额外调整仓库布局产生额外成本。

作业场景适配选型

特殊工况适配

如果作业场景是冷库、洁净车间等特殊环境,要选择对应防护等级的车型,满足低温、无尘等场景的使用要求。如果作业区域以环氧地坪为主,要选择质地较软、不会划伤地坪、不掉碎屑的轮胎款式。如果涉及户外作业,要选择防尘防水等级更高、底盘高度适配路面平整度的车型,避免雨天、路面不平整导致的设备故障。

作业频次与续航匹配

要根据单日作业时长、作业频次选择对应续航的车型,如果是多班倒连续作业,可以选择支持快速换电的款式,搭配备用电池实现不间断作业。如果单日作业时长较短,选择基础续航的车型即可,不用为多余的续航配置支付额外成本。

全生命周期成本考量

选型时不要只关注初始采购价格,还要综合考量后续的维保成本、能耗水平、配件通用性等因素,选择维保便捷、能耗符合预期的车型,降低长期运营成本。
