冷库环境常年处于低温高湿状态,对叉车的动力稳定性、抗腐蚀能力、续航表现都有更高要求,当前市面的冷库叉车主要分为铅酸电池与锂电池两大动力路径,两类车型各有适配场景,技术研发路径也存在明显差异。

铅酸动力冷库叉车是较早普及的产品类型,其技术成熟度高,采购成本相对较低,电池维修更换的流程简单,适合作业强度较低、每日作业时长在4小时以内的小型冷库使用。不过铅酸电池的低温适应性较差,常规0℃以下环境中放电效率会出现明显衰减,续航下降幅度普遍在30%到40%之间,同时充电时间长达8到10小时,需要预留专门的通风充电区域,使用过程中产生的析气现象也可能对密封冷库内的存储货品造成污染。

锂电动力冷库叉车是近年推广的主流品类,其低温适配性更强,常规-20℃环境下放电效率仍能保持在85%以上,续航衰减幅度远低于铅酸车型,同时支持随充随用,无需长时间等待充电,能够适配两班倒、三班倒的高强度冷库作业需求。锂电池的密封性能较好,使用过程中无析气、无漏液风险,不会对冷库内存储的食品、医药等敏感货品造成污染,使用寿命普遍为铅酸电池的3到4倍,长期运营的综合成本更低。

当前主流车型的技术研发,主要围绕两类动力的场景适配性优化展开。针对铅酸冷库叉车,主要通过增加电池保温壳体、优化电解液配方等方式,降低低温环境下的续航衰减幅度,提升低温作业的稳定性。针对锂电冷库叉车,则主要优化电池管理系统的低温适配算法,强化车身线路的防潮抗冻防护,提升极端低温环境下的作业可靠性。不同运营主体可以根据自身冷库的温区范围、作业强度、预算规模选择适配的车型,作业强度高、温区低于-10℃的冷库优先选择锂电车型,预算有限、作业时长较短的0℃以上保鲜冷库可以选择铅酸车型。
