驱动轮轮胎是行走系统的基础易损件,长期在粗糙地面行驶或频繁启停,会出现胎面磨损不均、裂纹或鼓包等问题。当胎面花纹深度不足原深度的1/3,或出现贯穿性裂纹时,需及时更换。替换时需注意选择适配的尺寸与材质,确保安装后轮胎与地面接触均匀,避免偏载加剧新轮胎损耗。

行走电机碳刷负责为电机提供电流,长时间运转会因摩擦导致碳刷长度缩短、磨损不均。当碳刷剩余长度不足原长度的1/2,或出现严重偏磨、表面焦糊时,需进行替换。更换时要清理电机换向器表面的碳粉,确保新碳刷与换向器贴合紧密,避免接触不良引发电机运转异常。

行走减速器内的齿轮长期承受传动扭矩,易出现齿面磨损、点蚀或断齿情况。日常检查中若发现减速器运转异响增大、传动效率下降,需拆解检查齿轮状态。一旦出现明显齿面损伤,应及时更换配套齿轮,同时更换减速器润滑油,保证传动系统润滑充足。

行走传感器用于监测行走速度与位置,长期受震动、灰尘影响,易出现信号异常。若叉车出现行走速度不稳定、启停反应迟缓等情况,需检查传感器的连接线路与感应面,若确认传感器损坏,需更换同规格配件,安装后进行信号校准,保证行走系统控制精准。
