日常维护要点

清洁与外观检查

定期对电池表面进行清洁,用干燥柔软的抹布擦拭灰尘与污渍,避免灰尘堆积影响散热。同时检查电池外壳是否存在破损、漏液情况,接线柱有无松动、锈蚀现象,若发现锈蚀可使用专用清洁剂清理,确保接线牢固接触良好。

充电规范

使用适配的专用充电器进行充电,避免混用不同规格的充电器。充电时需确保环境通风良好,远离明火与高温区域。遵循合理的充放电原则,避免电池过度放电或过度充电,当电量剩余20%-30%时及时充电,充电完成后及时断开电源,防止过充损伤电池。

存放注意事项

若叉车长期闲置,需将电池电量充至80%左右后存放,存放环境应保持干燥通风,温度控制在5℃-30℃之间,避免处于高温、潮湿或寒冷的环境中。每隔1-2个月对电池进行一次补充充电,防止电池亏电影响性能。

日常使用注意事项

操作规范

在叉车运行过程中,避免频繁急加速、急刹车或长时间重载作业,减少电池瞬间负荷,降低电池损耗。起步、转向时保持平稳操作,避免因操作不当导致电池供电异常。

环境适配

日常使用中留意电池状态,若发现电量下降速度明显加快、充电时间大幅延长,或出现异响、异味等异常情况,应立即停止使用,并联系专业人员进行检测维修,避免故障扩大影响电池使用寿命。
