日常メンテナンスのポイント

クリーニング&外観検査

定期的に電池の表面を清潔にし、乾燥した柔らかい雑巾でほこりや汚れを拭き、ほこりの堆積が放熱に影響を与えないようにする。同時に、電池ケースに破損、液漏れがないか、端子柱が緩んでいないか、さびていないかを検査し、さびが発見された場合は専用の洗剤で掃除し、配線がしっかりと接触していることを確認する。

充電仕様

適切な専用充電器を使用して充電し、さまざまな仕様の充電器を混合しないでください。充電中は、換気が良く、直火や高温の場所から離れていることを確認してください。合理的な充放電の原則に従い、バッテリーの過放電や過充電を避け、電力が20%〜30%残っているときに時間内に充電し、充電が完了したらすぐに電源を切り、過充電によるバッテリーの損傷を防ぎます。

保管に関する注意事項

フォークリフトが長期間アイドル状態になっている場合は、バッテリーを約80%まで充電してから保管する必要があります。保管環境は乾燥した換気を維持し、温度を5℃〜30℃に制御して、高温、湿度、または低温を避けてください。1〜2か月ごとにバッテリーを補充して充電し、バッテリーの不足がパフォーマンスに影響を与えないようにします。

日常使用上の注意事項

操作仕様

環境適応
