低温仓储场景常年温度维持在0℃到零下30℃区间,对电动叉车的动力系统尤其是电池性能提出了更高要求。普通电动叉车所用的锂电池在低温环境下往往会出现离子活性下降、内阻升高的问题,直接导致续航缩水、动力输出不稳,甚至会缩短电池整体使用寿命,难以满足冷库连续作业的需求。

针对低温场景优化的锂电技术首先调整了电芯材料体系,通过优化电解液配方,降低低温环境下的电解液粘度,提升离子传导效率,减少低温带来的电量损耗。同时配套设计智能温控系统,在电池包内部设置温度监测及调节模块,作业过程中自动将电芯温度维持在适宜的工作区间,避免外界低温直接影响电芯性能。此外还优化了电池包的防护结构,能够适配冷库内潮湿、易结霜的环境,减少水汽对电池元件的侵蚀。

经过实际场景测试,经过优化的锂电叉车在零下20℃的常规冷库环境中,续航保持率相比普通锂电叉车有明显提升,能够满足单班8小时的连续作业需求,无需中途换电。动力输出方面,低温环境下举升、爬坡、起步等操作的动力输出平稳,不会出现动力衰减导致的作业效率下降的问题。安全性方面,全工况下不会出现漏液、鼓包等异常情况,整体使用寿命相比普通锂电叉车有明显延长。
