3吨叉车是仓储物流、生产制造、货物集散等场景常用的搬运设备,搭配不同功能的属具可以大幅拓展适用场景,满足多元化作业需求。很多用户不清楚如何结合自身作业需求搭配属具,以下就针对不同情况整理对应的配置方案。

常规搬运场景的属具搭配

整托货物转运场景。如果日常作业以标准托盘装卸、整托货物短途转运为主,不需要额外加装特殊属具,仅选择载荷匹配的标准货叉即可。部分需要适配非标准尺寸托盘的用户,可以选择可调节间距的货叉,灵活调整叉距适配不同规格的托盘,这类配置成本较低,维护难度小,适合大多数通用仓储、物流装卸场景。

零散货物堆垛场景。如果作业涉及零散纸箱、编织袋类货物的高层堆垛,除基础货叉外,可以加装防滑叉套,增加货叉与货物底部的摩擦力,避免货物滑落,提升堆垛作业的安全性。还可以加装侧移器,方便在狭窄通道内调整货叉位置,无需频繁移动叉车车身,有效提升作业效率,减少通道空间占用。

特殊品类货物的属具搭配

软包或圆柱状货物搬运场景。如果需要搬运纸张卷、布料卷、管材这类圆柱形货物,或是化肥袋、水泥袋这类软包装货物,可以选择抱夹属具,根据货物的材质、尺寸、重量选择对应夹力的抱夹,避免夹损货物。部分带有旋转功能的抱夹还能满足货物翻面、倾倒的作业需求,适配更多特殊作业要求。

长条形货物搬运场景。如果需要搬运型钢、板材、超长管材这类长度超过2米的长条形货物,可以选择加长货叉或者推出器,部分需要侧方装卸的场景,还可以加装旋转叉,方便在受限空间内调整货物角度,降低作业难度,减少剐蹭风险。

特殊工况的属具搭配

高湿或低温作业场景。如果叉车主要在冷链仓库、生鲜加工车间、沿海高湿区域作业,属具要选择防锈、耐低温的材质,避免长期在特殊环境下出现锈蚀、脆裂的问题。有需要的用户还可以加装货叉加热装置,避免低温环境下货物与货叉冻结在一起,影响装卸效率。

危险品搬运场景。如果需要搬运易燃易爆、带有腐蚀性的危险品,属具要选择具备防静电、防腐蚀特性的款式,同时可以加装货物稳定器,避免运输过程中货物掉落、泄漏引发安全事故。
