Im Scheibenbremssystem eines elektrischen Gabelstaplers sind die Reibungsplatte und die kleinen Dichtungsteile die Kernkomponenten, um die Bremsleistung und Betriebssicherheit zu gewährleisten, und ihre Anpassungsfähigkeit steht in direktem Zusammenhang mit der Leistung der Ausrüstung unter verschiedenen Arbeitsbedingungen. Unter solchen Arbeitsbedingungen muss die Reibplatte aus Materialien mit hervorragender Verschleißfestigkeit hergestellt werden, wobei sichergestellt werden muss, dass der Reibungskoeffizient während des Langzeiteinsatzes stabil bleibt, um eine Verschlechterung der Bremsleistung aufgrund von Verschleiß zu vermeiden. Kleine Dichtungsteile müssen sich an häufige Kolbenhin- und herbewegungen anpassen, was eine gute Ermüdungsfestigkeit aufweist und ein Versagen der Abdichtung aufgrund wiederholter Verformungen verhindert.

In der Praxis ist es notwendig, die geeignete Scheibenbremsplatte und die dichtenden Kleinteile entsprechend den Merkmalen der spezifischen Arbeitsbedingungen auszuwählen und gleichzeitig eine regelmäßige Inspektion und Wartung durchzuführen sowie die Teile mit gedämpfter Leistung rechtzeitig zu ersetzen, um die Bremssicherheit und Lebensdauer des Elektrostaplers wirksam zu gewährleisten und die Betriebseffizienz insgesamt zu verbessern.
