日常使用前檢查要點

動力系統專項檢查

低溫環境下叉車油液、電氣部件的穩定性會受較大影響,每次啓動作業前,需先對動力系統做全面排查。首先要確認專用低溫液壓油、潤滑油的液位是否符合標準,觀察油液有無凝固、變質的情況,若出現異常要及時更換適配的低溫款油液。其次要檢查全車電氣線路接頭處有無凝露、結冰的情況,擦乾凝露後再啓動設備,避免出現短路故障。低溫環境下啓動設備後,建議先空載運行3到5分鐘預熱,待各部件運轉順暢後再開始負重作業。

密封部件檢查

低溫環境會加速橡膠密封件的老化、脆化,使用前要重點檢查門架、轉向系統、驅動輪周邊的密封部件有無開裂、滲漏的情況,若發現密封件失效要第一時間更換,避免低溫水汽、雜質進入部件內部造成磨損。同時要對各活動部件加註適配低溫環境的潤滑脂,降低部件運行時的磨損風險。

作業過程運維注意事項

作業負荷合理管控

低溫環境下金屬部件的韌性有所下降,承重、抗衝擊能力會略有降低,作業過程中要嚴格按照額定載荷裝載貨物,避免出現超載、偏載的情況。操作時要儘量平緩控制行駛速度,減少急加速、急剎車、猛打方向的操作,降低部件受到的衝擊應力,避免出現部件斷裂、變形的問題。

車身結霜定期清理

冷庫內溼度較高,叉車作業過程中車身表面很容易附着霜層,每次作業間隙要及時清理車身、門架、電氣部件表面的霜層,避免霜層過厚增加車身自重,同時也防止霜層融化後滲入電氣元件、縫隙內部造成腐蝕、短路故障。

停放階段養護要求

停放環境合理選擇

每日作業結束後,儘量不要將叉車長時間停放在溫度低於零下的冷庫內部,建議將車輛開到溫度適宜的過渡區域停放,讓車身表面殘留的霜層自然融化蒸發後再擦乾,避免長時間處於低溫高溼環境加速部件鏽蝕。如果條件有限只能停放在冷庫內,也要做好車身的防護,避免直接接觸冷牆面、地面積水區域。

動力電池專項養護

電動叉車的電池活性會隨溫度下降而降低,作業結束後要將車輛移至常溫區域充電,不要在低溫環境下直接充電,避免影響電池的使用壽命。日常使用時要避免電池過度放電,剩餘電量低於百分之二十時就要及時補電,定期檢查電池接線端子有無氧化、結冰的情況,清理後做好絕緣防護,降低漏電、接觸不良的風險。
