日常保養核心項目

電路系統保養

冷庫環境溫差較大,容易產生冷凝水附着在設備表面,日常要重點檢查電路接頭是否存在鬆動、鏽蝕情況,每次作業結束後及時擦拭車體表面水汽,每週對電池接線端做絕緣防護檢查,避免出現短路故障。同時要定期檢測電池剩餘容量,低溫環境下電池活性會有所下降,要避免虧電存放,長時間閒置時每隔半個月完成一次補電即可。

液壓系統保養

低溫環境下液壓油黏度會升高,流動性下降,日常要檢查液壓油是否存在乳化、變質情況,按照使用頻次及時更換適配低溫環境的液壓油。每次作業前要怠速運行3到5分鐘,等液壓系統升溫至正常運行狀態後再開展作業,還要定期檢查油管、接頭是否存在滲漏、裂紋,避免液壓油泄漏污染倉儲貨物。

車體結構保養

要及時清理門架、滾輪、車輪縫隙中的冰碴和雜物,避免部件卡頓磨損,每次保養時對門架、軸承等活動部件塗抹耐低溫潤滑脂,降低部件磨損速度。還要定期檢查剎車系統的靈敏度,測試剎車距離是否在正常範圍內,及時更換磨損過度的剎車片。

規範操作要點

作業前檢查要求

每次進入冷庫作業前,要先檢查叉車各項功能是否正常,確認燈光、喇叭、剎車、升降功能都無故障後再進入作業區域,同時作業人員要提前穿戴好防寒防護裝備,避免長時間在低溫環境下作業出現凍傷。

作業中操作規範

冷庫內地面可能存在結冰情況,行駛時要控制車速,最高行駛速度不要超過5公里每小時,轉彎、會車時要提前減速鳴笛,避免急剎車、急轉向,防止車輛側滑。搬運貨物時要確保貨物碼放平穩,重量不超過叉車額定載重,嚴禁超載作業。

作業後收尾管理

作業結束後要把叉車開到常溫緩衝區放置15到20分鐘,等車體表面的冷凝水晾乾後再做清潔保養,不要直接停放在露天或者潮溼區域。還要及時填寫作業和保養記錄,發現故障隱患要及時報備檢修,不要讓叉車帶故障運行。
