低溫環境對叉車電池的影響

冷庫長期處於0℃以下的低溫環境,叉車電池的電解液活性會明顯下降,同等充電狀態下的實際續航會比常溫環境減少20%到40%,同時還可能出現充電效率降低、放電內阻增大的問題,如果長期在低溫環境下不合理使用,還會加速電池極板的損耗,大幅縮短電池的整體使用壽命。

低溫環境下的叉車電池使用規範

作業前的預熱準備

每次進入冷庫作業前,建議先將叉車在常溫過渡區域停放10到15分鐘,讓電池溫度緩慢適應低溫環境,避免溫差過大導致電池外殼出現冷凝水,引發短路等安全隱患。不要直接將常溫狀態下的叉車直接推入零下低溫的冷庫中作業,也不要讓虧電狀態的電池長期滯留在低溫環境中。

作業過程中的注意事項

低溫環境下作業時,儘量避免頻繁急加速、急剎車的操作,減少大電流放電對電池內部結構的衝擊。如果單次作業時長超過1小時,可以安排叉車回到過渡區域短暫休整,避免電池長時間處於低溫高負荷運行狀態。如果作業過程中發現電池續航下降異常、出現異響或者異味,要立刻停止作業,將車輛轉移到常溫區域排查問題,不要強行繼續作業。

低溫環境下的叉車電池日常維護要點

充電管理

充電一定要在常溫的乾燥區域進行,不要在冷庫內或者露天低溫區域充電,充電前要先擦除電池外殼上的冷凝水、冰霜,確保接口乾燥整潔。低溫環境下使用後的電池,不要立刻充電,要先在常溫區域放置30分鐘以上,等電池溫度回到10℃以上再進行充電操作,充電時要選用適配的正規充電設備,不要過充過放。

日常檢查養護

每週要對電池的外觀、接口、連接線進行一次全面檢查,及時清理表面的灰塵、冰霜、冷凝水,避免出現腐蝕、鬆動的問題。每月可以對電池的實際容量、放電效率做一次檢測,如果發現電池損耗超出正常範圍,要及時進行養護調整,不要帶病運行。長期閒置不用的電池,要充滿電後放在常溫乾燥的區域存放,每月補充充電一次,避免出現虧電凍損的問題。
