電池系統日常維護

定期檢查電池狀態

每次作業前後,需檢查電池外觀是否存在鼓包、滲漏、外殼破損等情況,同時查看接線端子有無鬆動、氧化現象,若發現異常需及時處理,避免影響電池供電穩定性。

正確把控充電流程

充電前需清理電池充電接口的灰塵與雜物,確保連接緊密;選擇通風良好的環境進行充電,避免在高溫、潮溼或密閉空間內操作;嚴格遵循設備說明書的充電時長要求,避免過度充放電,減少電池損耗。

注意電池環境防護

日常存放時,需將叉車停放在乾燥、通風的區域,避免長時間暴露在烈日或雨雪環境中;冬季低溫環境下,可適當縮短充電間隔,提升電池活性。

車身與底盤部件維護

日常清潔與外觀檢查

每次作業結束後,及時清理車身表面的灰塵、油污及雜物,防止腐蝕部件;定期檢查車架結構有無變形、焊縫開裂等情況,確保車身整體強度符合作業要求。

行走系統部件養護

檢查輪胎磨損程度,若花紋深度低於規定值需及時更換;定期緊固輪轂螺栓,清理行走機構內的雜物,避免卡滯影響行駛;適時對轉向系統的銷軸、連桿部位加註潤滑油,保證轉向靈活。

裝卸部件檢查

查看貨叉有無變形、裂紋等損傷,若存在異常需暫停作業並維修;檢查升降鏈條的鬆緊度,及時調整至合適範圍,同時對鏈條銷軸進行潤滑,防止鏈條鏽蝕卡頓。

操作與控制系統維護

操控部件功能檢查

每次啓動前,測試方向盤、剎車、油門的靈敏度,確認無卡頓、滯後現象;檢查貨叉升降、前傾後仰等操作是否順暢,若出現異響或操作不暢需及時排查。

電氣系統日常養護

定期檢查儀表盤指示燈是否正常顯示,排查線路有無破損、老化情況;清理控制器、傳感器表面的灰塵,避免因積塵導致散熱不良或信號異常,嚴禁用水直接沖洗電氣部件。
